HOW DO I JOIN?
You can create your account through the Rewards program icon on the bottom left corner of our website. It will be a picture of a gift box on mobile or say Rewards on desktop. (see pictures below)
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?
STEP 1: Click on the rewards program icon on the bottom left corner of our website and sign into your account
STEP 2: Scroll down and you'll find a link under 'Refer your friends', you can copy and send this link to them directly or send via Facebook or Email by clicking on the icons below the link.
Please note a minimum of $50 spend is required to redeem your voucher.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You automatically gain 200 points just for signing up! You then earn 1 point for each $1 that you spend with us. If you use our Recycle and Save program we will manually add points to your account for a voucher.
Other ways are listed below:
You will not earn points when purchasing an order with one of your vouchers. Points are removed when an order is cancelled, declined or refunded.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Log into your rewards account on our website (bottom left corner) and you will see how many points you have earned. Click on 'ways to redeem' and select the voucher you would like to spend your points on. Once selected, you will receive a code on the screen and via email. Copy this code and apply it in the discount code section at checkout.
