Smoothie Making Tips

* For all smoothies place all ingredients in a blender or Thermocook Pro, pour into a Earths Tribe Bubble Tea Tumbler and enjoy.

* Add a few ice cubes if you like your smoothies extra cold.

* Consider keeping your blender on your kitchen counter for quick access.

* If you find you use berries, bananas and other fruits often, you can create purees and then freeze them. When you’re ready to make a smoothie, you can simply pull them out of the freezer and pop them in the blender with your other ingredients.

* Frozen fruit is great during the winter months. However, during the summer you can quickly slice up fresh fruit and prepare it ahead of time.

* Protein powders are a great way to amplify the nutritional powers of a smoothie and they’ll make your smoothie last longer for you - you won’t be hungry until lunchtime.

Smoothies are a simple and delicious solution to the breakfast rush. Once you get the process down and running smoothly you can vary your smoothies, come up with your own recipes and even make smoothies for lunch, dinner and dessert.
